Well.... It finally happened!

I went to pack up the stand at the end of the day and these two beauties were taken from the table with no payment left behind.

If that was you — I’m going to assume you forgot, meant to leave an IOU, or just really needed some beauty in your life that day. I get it. No hard feelings here. 💛

This little stand runs on trust, and that trust is what lets me keep sharing flowers with our community. Each bouquet takes time, blooms, and love to make.

If you grabbed them and forgot to pay, you can Venmo me anytime - no questions asked.

For everyone else, a gentle reminder that payment is required at time of pickup so we can keep the stand going for everyone.

Thank you for supporting this dream and for being such a kind and honest community. You are the reason this works.

If you can’t sleep like me … watch this!
Slow down… breathe deeply… soak in this beauty.

“Flowers are not supposed to last.”

At first that sounds sad. It’s not.

They show up. Full color. No apologies.
They make you stop, breathe, notice.
Then they’re gone.

That’s the point.
They’re here to keep you in the moment.

Don’t miss it.

Hi, new faces — I’m so glad you’re here.

I’m Lizz, the hands and heart behind Norfolk Flowers. I’m a full-time working mom of two boys and wife to my amazingly patient husband. In 2020 we bought this house, and somewhere between the moving boxes and the chaos, I planted my first seedlings.

I didn’t expect to fall so hard for these beautiful blooms. But watching them come up that first season — it changed something. The quiet, the color, the way they demand you slow down. I just had to share it.

That’s how Norfolk Flowers began. It’s a small, seasonal roadside stand tucked into our Braintree neighborhood. I grow what the season gives me: tulips in the chill of spring, snapdragons and zinnias when the days stretch long, dahlias that don’t quit until frost.

These days I find myself chasing seasonal bouquets and arrangements, and I’m deep in the joy of saving dahlia tubers to do it all again next year.

If you’ve found me, I hope you’ll stick around. There’s something about flowers that reminds us we’re part of a bigger, slower rhythm. And I love getting to share that with you.
