Hurricane Season is NOT over! We still have about a month and a half left till we’re in the clear. If you noticed dripping or moisture around the fireplace, the chase cover most likely has rusted out! Moisture inside the fireplace is a cap issue (which I can also replace.) call today for an estimate!

Hood vents that connect to the dryer duct on the roof CANNOT have a screen! As seen in the slide the screen gets sealed off with lint and the dryer cannot vent properly. If you feel like this is the case, don’t hesitate to reach out to schedule an appointment!

DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY! Helped out the owner Incredible Lawn and Landscape with their dryer vent. Called an appliance repair man to replace the heat element and a week later the heat element burnt out again! 9-10 times the dryer vent is the issue. This needs to be serviced at least once a year! Don’t let this be the reason the dryer catches fire!🔥
The lint catch needs to be emptied before every cycle! This is from a rental property and the tenant obviously neglected to do so for multiple cycles. This leads to high electric bills and worst case, fire.
