Happy New Year everyone!

It’s time for my yearly THANK YOU!!

This year is going to bring some changes and we will hopefully DOUBLE last years growth!

The main change is I have brought on my oldest daughter! Her Name is G.G. and She will be manning the phones and taking your calls! We are all very excited about this for many reasons.

She won’t put up with any crap so don’t even try hahaha. Just like last time I will forward all my cell phone calls to my work phone. So if you call, you will get her.

I’m very excited to see what this year brings!

Hey everybody! I hope you are doing well. I have a bit of news to share.

Unfortunately I have had to part ways with my assistant. He’s a great kid with lots of potential and I wish him the absolute best in his endeavors in the future. It just didn’t work out the way I had hoped.

So for the near future I will be solo again. Please please please bare with me in this time of transition. It’s very much appreciated! I look forward to seeing you all out there.

Good morning! I hope everyone is doin well!

I need to let everyone know that from Saturday July 3rd thru Sunday July 11th I will be out of town on vacation and will not be available for service calls.

However i will have my laptop and phone with me most of the time and Jamie will be at the shop manning the phones and setting non emergency calls up for when I get back.

As usual I will have my cell number forwarded to my office phone so if you call, you will not get me. You will get Jamie. I will receive texts though. So if you need ME, that will be the easiest way to get me.

Good morning all! I hope your Easter was everything you wanted and more with family and friends!

So I’m here with some exciting news!! Over the last few months the business has grown so much that I just honestly can’t do it all by myself anymore! Don’t get me wrong. That’s AMAZING news!

So with that said, I’ve got a kid with TONS of potential starting with me today. He’s as green as can be but I’ve got him answering the phones right now. He’s ready to talk to you! All my cell calls are forwarded to the office phone and hopefully we won’t miss a single call!

Now, I will stress that he is BRAND NEW so y’all don’t scare him too badly. Haha. I have instructed him he is to treat all my customers with the same respect you’ve come to expect from me. And I humbly request y’all do the same for him!

Hey everybody! I hope your year so far has been as amazing as it can possibly be! I’ve been crazy busy so I haven’t posted in a while, but that’s a great problem to have! And I say THANK YOU!

I have my eye on the weather coming into Mississippi as we speak. I will make a judgement tonight or in the morning about whether or not it’s safe to be out on the roads.

As I began moving operations into my shop, I quickly realized that some people were not able to get in touch with me. I can get texts from other apple users through wifi, but people without iMessage weren't able to get in touch with me until I walked out of this metal building. So, I have now added a dedicated land line phone and will be forwarding all calls to 601-573-0814 to the new number, which is 601-706-4030. I am going to try and get away from texting as much... although I still prefer it haha. If you try to text or call and don't have an apple phone, please feel free to call the office phone directly. It has voicemail as well just in case I have missed your call.

Given that most telemarketers have now moved to using local numbers, and call from multiple numbers a day, I will ask you to PLEASE leave a voicemail if you are needing service. this is very important. I will be checking the voicemail several times daily and will return your call as soon as possible.

If you, or someone you know, are in need of appliance repair but live farther out please don’t hesitate to call. I have no defined “service area” and my service call caps out. I can definitely travel to you. I just require a day or two notice. I can also schedule you on a Saturday or Sunday at no extra charge if that is more convenient. This includes Meridian, Hattiesburg, Brookhaven, Vicksburg, Yazoo, and anywhere in between. If you live farther out than these places that’s no problem. This is just to give you an idea.
