Leaking storm water inlets causing sink holes around the perimeter. Look close and you can see the trash that was used to take up the void space. Yes it was all chipped out, and a concrete collar was poured. Both sides were repaired.

A failed joint on concrete storm water drain pipe. We had to remove some roof drain pipe to excavate and locate the issue. We exposed it, wrapped it and poured a concrete coller around the joint.
