Richard Chinn is a wetland Expert Witness. We provide training for environmental professionals to be able to identify the presence and boundaries of wetlands and waters of the United States. We also provide additional training for persons to be able to navigate through the process of acquiring and complying with a Army Corps of Engineers Section 404 or Section 10 permit. e is Regional Supplement training for persons who are already competent in the use of the 1987 Manual and need training on the new Regional Supplements. This course has a prerequisite of having completed a 4- or 5-day wetland delineation training class. Finally, we offer HAZWOPER Train-the-Trainer training for persons seeking to become HAZWOPER trainers.
