Project Complete | Hinds Community College Career Tech Renovations – Vicksburg Campus
Some projects mean a little more than others.
Gilreath Construction is honored to have served as the general contractor for the renovation of more than 60,000 square feet of Career & Technical Education space at Hinds Community College’s Vicksburg Campus.
The project included renovated training facilities for HVAC, Plumbing, Workforce Development/Flex Lab, Welding, Machine Shop, Carpentry, and Automotive Technology—creating modern spaces where students will develop the skills needed to build Mississippi’s future.
What makes this project especially meaningful is the opportunity to give back to an industry that has given so much to us. Before summer break, our team had the privilege of spending time with students, sharing real-world construction experience, and encouraging the next generation of skilled trades professionals.
We’re grateful to the outstanding leadership, faculty, staff, and instructors at Hinds Community College for their dedication to workforce education and for trusting our team with this important project.
