Unfortunately the trend this past summer has been wet basements! 😭☔️

We arrived to this home and spent a full day assessing the property, planning out a game plan, and ensuring what areas of service were needed. Like most times during these situations, we found that most of properties lawn was sloping towards the home. We were able to haul several truck loads of material out to achieve the certain grades in which we desired. We successfully tied all of the homes gutters underground and while digging, we ran into the homes originally footing drains. We completely rebuilt and re-routed the footing drains and then installed a plastic liner against the homes foundation.

A customer was experiencing significant drainage issues along the side of their driveway, leaving several areas constantly saturated with water. While adding a decorative river rock border may have improved the appearance, it wouldn’t have addressed the underlying problem.

Instead, we focused on a long-term solution by installing a drainage system that directs excess water to a rain pond. The system includes perforated piping and filter fabric, finished with beautiful 3-inch river rock and clean plastic edging.

The result is a functional drainage solution that not only helps manage excess water but also enhances the overall appearance of the driveway

A large alcohol distributor’s property in North Haven that we perform all grounds maintenance for, experienced one of their catch basins collapsing. One of our grass cutting members noticed the issue, and urgently was able to get the nearby cars moved, and then cone off the area.

We precisely dug out the whole area, and completely rebuilt, the whole sump walls of the catch basin. We reset the main pipe in its place. Once finished, we replaced the top catch basin piece and completely paved the area

We are extremely proud to wrap up this several week job. We utilized a few of our compact machines, our versatile talents, and turned this backyard into a vacation getaway. We hauled out several tons of material offsite and then hauled in around 150 yards of stone to make the project possible.

We properly constructed a 4.5 foot high retaining wall to match the grade with the highest point of the area, installed stairs, a block perimeter, and then beautiful synthetic turf.

A neglected landscape area that looks so complicated 😫😭, give us a call!

We transformed this area into a beautiful buffer in between a lawn and a pool, we removed the old shrubs and contaminated soil, and installed several new plants such as junipers and spirea’s.

A customer had some major work completed to their septic system. After the work was performed, the area needed some restoring back to its original beauty. We stepped in, hauled in 3 loads of our very own screened topsoil, and, grass seeded the area. The cool nights, full moon, and moisture will ensure great grass growth in the area.

We just wrapped up a week long, sophisticated, and, tedious demolition job in New Haven. This was at Gateway Terminals salt bagging division’s new location.

We completely demolished a large office area in order to make room for the delivery of several fully autonomous salt bagging robots. The entire job was completed entirely by hand due to having to safely work around the fully operational warehouse, live fire sprinklers, and the partially powered building.

We hauled out an estimated 14,000 pounds of demolition debris and 12,000 pounds of various metals.
