At it again ! I can't believe I've avoided sheetrock repairs and sheetrock work in general.
This is a small waterproofing job. Water haf been entering the basement through stress cracks in the foundation. We located the problem area. Made the repair with polyurethane grouting by injection and now closing the wall and painting the wall as well, yup, always veered away from paint as well.
