Spring is here and it’s time to begin watering your lawn. If you have a sprinkler not covering or spraying properly you could be experiencing clogged sprinkler head filters. It’s always a good idea to do annual checks. Also to make sure the sprinkler head is functioning properly. It’s a small detail , but makes a huge difference. 🌞🪴

Iron fence installation I did awhile back for a customer. The design ended up with a space wider than a stock gate panel. So I ended up fabricating a whole new gate, one that fit the gap and spliced a panel together to the post to make sure it was pet and child proof. All panels were welded to there posts making this fence last a lifetime. Added a couple nice touches they didn’t expect. Installed a spring to make the gate close automatically and then added a latch to keep the gate open when bringing in groceries or supplies. Customer was happy. 👍🏻🇺🇸

Siding job we did recently. Saved the owner some money by cutting out the old siding and adding a z-bar, then replaced smaller panel sections that can be easily replaced if and when it begins to rot, instead of replacing the whole panel. Saves time and money for the next time, in 15years. Haha

It’s gutter cleaning season! Don’t let you’re gutters get like this. This gutter is way too full to work properly. A gutter like this will cause water damage to siding which will cause dry rot and start a real big problem. 🏡
