Folks be careful who you get to install your roofing. (Shingles or Metal). This roof was installed to short under ridge...

Folks be careful who you get to install your roofing. (Shingles or Metal). This roof was installed to short under ridge and with no overhang at gutter line. The result was alot of rotten facia and rafter tails. The metal was to short to move down so had to install new roofing. Long story short, these people had major expenses that SHOULD have been avoided.
