We just wrapped up another full remodel. This one needed lots of love and we gave it just that. New roof, new hvac, new vanities, toilets, faucets, lighting, flooring, and a fresh coat of new paint. This place went from 0 to 100 real quick. Brand new appliances and refinished cabinets, this place is ready for someone to call home. Check out the before, during and after photos. Here is a full remodel we just finished up! This 4 bed, 2 bath home was sent to us by an investor to rehab and bring up to date to list and sale. We gutted the bathrooms and the kitchen, fixed up the wiring. We installed new pex plumbing throughout and skimmed, patched and fixed up everything including new textured cielings. New showers, new vanities, new toilets, light fixtures, outlets and switches, new lvp flooring and carpet. We installed new counter tops and a tile backsplash. Sarah Beth Harper painted the cabinets and they turned out beautifully. We built a new mantle, installed new entry doors and garage door. We also insulated the attic and installed a sump pump system as well. Then new trim in the entire house and topped it off with a fresh coat of paint. This place turned out great and is now listed and on the market. Check out the before during and after photos. This project took us about 5 weeks start to finish! We do it all, from the lawn to the living room.
