Proud to be part of the Harbor-UCLA Medical Center Redevelopment, an NGi/SDI Joint Venture project.

Our team is contributing to this complex, multi-building design-build project with Hensel Phelps, supporting work across the campus including the Outpatient Tower, Inpatient Tower, Central Plant, Sheriff Building, IT/Shops Building, and existing tie lobby connector.

This major healthcare redevelopment is transforming the Harbor-UCLA campus into a modern, future-ready medical center designed to support the Los Angeles community’s healthcare needs for generations to come.

NGi/SDI scope includes fireproofing, interior framing and drywall, insulation, ACT, exterior framing, terra cotta, Dri-Design aluminum panels, and PAC-CLAD metal cladding.

The new UC Riverside School of Business building has been recognized with a 2025 American Architecture Award, honoring design excellence and innovation.

We’re proud to celebrate the project team behind this award-winning facility, including Moore Ruble Yudell Architects & Planners for design and McCarthy Building Companies for construction leadership.

NGi was honored to contribute to the project through our scope of interior and exterior metal framing, drywall, plaster, continuous insulation, and liquid applied weather barrier.

Featured Project: Produce LA
We’re proud to feature NGi’s work on Produce LA, a 112,000 SF, five-level mixed-use development in the Arts District of downtown Los Angeles. Designed and built through a Design-Build approach, the project brings together office, retail, and restaurant space in a creative workplace environment with a distinctive facade and strong urban presence.

NGi’s scope included:

* StoPanel Classic ci (EIFS) panels
* StoPanel Backup with Corrugated Metal ci panels
* Exterior framing
* Sheathing
* AWB
* EIFS

This project showcases the value of design-build collaboration, facade coordination, and quality ex*****on in a complex mixed-use setting.
