Now that the weather has finally cooled off and we got some rain, its a great time to think about aerating and over seeding your lawn to get some roots down before winter.

Aeration helps break up compaction from walking and driving on your lawn and allows new and existing roots to grow deeper resulting in a thicker lush lawn and better drought tolerance

Pricing is as follows:

Aeration and Overseeding
$50 per 1k sq ft of lawn

ONLY Aeration:
$30 per 1k sq ft of lawn

ONLY Overseeding:
$35 per 1k sq ft of lawn
