Sales and Assessment Representative
Qualifications:

-3 years of experience in tree industry Sales and Assessment, Hazard Fuels Reduction, Forestry, Plant Healthcare and Tree Removal operations

TSH Tree Service has been serving the communities and forests here in Summit County, Colorado since 2005. This position is full-time May 1 through October 31 with part-time work in April and November.
Sales and Assessment Representative will:
-Manage the sales lifecycle from lead generation through closing the deal with professional communication with customers
-Use CRM software to document and track client information, communications, and job details
-Provide comprehensive information and instruction to removal teams on job specifications
-Maintain safety as the top priority when evaluating jobs
-Have an understanding of industry standards in hazard fules reduction, forestry, plant health care, and tree removal
-Have a positive, solution-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn, share, and grow with the company
-All TSH Tree Service team members work to communicate with other team members in order to uphold the TSH Mission
Additional Roles:
-This position will support the removal team in the field within the full time schedule
-Based on your skills, motivations, and goals, this position builds in additional roles and responsibilities supporting the TSH Team
Skills and experience:
-3 years of experience in tree industry Sales and Assessment, Hazard Fuels Reduction, Forestry, Plant Healthcare and Tree Removal operations
-ISA Arborist Certification
-Excellent communication skills with a wide variety of people required
-Ability to prioritize competing tasks and multitask
-TCIA certifications/ membership
-Forestry education / certification
-Plant health care certifications
-CRM software experience required
-Valid driver’s license
This opportunity provides competitive pay with an hourly base rate based on certification(s) and experience, plus commission based on 2% of gross closed sales. The compensation works out to between $25 and $40 per hour depending on commission performance.
