Remote Work, Family Ties, and the Power of Balance - Each year, I take the opportunity to work remotely from Virginia during the spring months. This tradition allows me to support my family—particularly the elders who are such an integral part of who I am—while also escaping the muddy off-season of Summit County.

I'm incredibly grateful to be part of a business that values flexibility and makes room for life’s priorities. Having the ability to work from a different location, without sacrificing productivity or client service, is a privilege I don’t take for granted. This season of working in a warmer climate and being close to loved ones helps me reset and recharge.

And here's the thing: this balance doesn’t just benefit me—it benefits you, too. When I’m in a position to care for the people and responsibilities that matter most to me, I return to my work with renewed focus, energy, and purpose. I show up better for my team and ultimately, better for you, our client.
