This Zoysia sod was installed last October and went dormant shortly after installation. Fast forward to today and it’s fully established, thick, green, and looking like a golf course putting green. Proper prep, installation, and maintenance make all the difference.

This customer was dealing with water coming into their kitchen and flooding their basement every time it rained.

We started by removing the old damaged gutter guards and thoroughly cleaning all gutters and downspouts to restore proper flow. Next, we regraded the area around the home to direct water away from the foundation and installed a long-term drainage solution using underground 4” hard PVC pipe, tying in both downspouts and carrying water well away from the house.

To finish it off, we installed heavy-duty w**d barrier, new metal edging, and a decorative river rock bed for a clean look and easy maintenance. Everything was graded to ensure water flows away from the home instead of toward it.

This home is now protected with a long-term drainage solution that not only functions properly but also improves the overall appearance of the landscape.
