Yup... we've got to remember that while some architects wait for invoices to be paid, some homeowners are simply waiting to use their kitchens again! Transparent communication between the owner, architect and contractor is the only way we can all win. Be honest, and be aware, don't assume.

Happy February!

A few items of tobacciana have been added (vintage advertising ashtrays) to the store! More items will be unearthed soon.

As time permits, I'll also be starting to promote the vintage clothing (mostly men's, but yes some women's) stock, later this Spring, as well as vintage pocket watches mostly from the Illinois Watch Company of Springfield, Illinois (absorbed by the Hamilton Watch Company in 1928).

Amazingly, this is my 13th year anniversary of being a practicing architect, registered with the Washington State board. So thankful for all of the ups and downs, the shortcomings and opportunities that keep popping up! Here's to a great 2023 y'all!
