70 gallons of SW High Build Primer on this 4,400 sqft SFH… We will be finishing topcoats with:

Walls: SW Emerald Designer Edition

Ceilings: SW Duration Home Interior

Exterior to follow after we find a pocket of sunshine as spring rolls in!

Continuous tile through the floor plan, extending up the walls in accent rooms and showers, coffered ceilings, European-inspired trim work, repurposed rough sawn beams, extended back patios, and more!

Exciting to see it take shape.

The revival of the Perry Avenue Mall is coming…quickly!

Happy Holidays everyone! As 2024 comes to a close, I just wanted to take this time to thank you all for your support as we grow.

I’d like to debut our latest project, a full-home remodel for this awesome family. It has been a joy re-imagining their home alongside them and designing with them! They’ve been awesome to work for and did everything to ensure a smooth process while we commenced our work and navigated the construction timeline. Truly a collaborative effort on this close-to-home project (literally)!

Be on the lookout for more photos as we begin to update our website in the next few weeks!

In 2025, we are going vertical! We have new construction with some ADUs, multi-family, and more in the pipeline. See you all next year!

PS. We are still seeking experienced Carpenters and/or any experienced Tradesmen!

Western Red Cedar, delivered by Gray Lumber in Tacoma
2x2 baluster railings
2 stringer stairs
1 box platform stairs

Kittitas County:

Full exterior re-paint (Sherwin Williams Emerald RAIN REFRESH)
Stairway and railing replacement
250 sq ft. deck staining (PPG ProLuxe Solid Stain Matte)

King County:

160 sq ft. deck rebuild
Western Red Cedar, delivered by Gray Lumber in Tacoma
Cable railings

Still got some punchlist items to finish out but we been runnin’ & gunnin’!

We’ll be moving into our larger project pipeline as we finish the exterior season and move into our full-scale interior remodels 🫡 Thank you to all of our awesome clients, network, subcontractors, vendors & suppliers, and friends made along the way.

We are so blessed to see where this line of work will take us. A repeat customer of ours in King County will be having us rebuild a deck at their first ever purchased home. They then invited us out to their vacation home in Easton, WA to give a bid on a metal roof & exterior re-paint, durable enough to survive more than 40” of snowfall per winter. This home is a 2 minute walk from the beautiful Lake Kachess. What a breathtaking view and thank you to Tom and Eileen for having us out. Also to your sister Barbara for allowing us to work on your homes! Hope you all enjoy your weekend and stay safe during the storm tonight.

P.S. this is very low tide and at high tide, it will come up to the tree line
