Washed vs. Unwashed Gravel: What's the difference?

Washed gravel has already been pre-rinsed and filtered to remove all of the dust, dirt, and debris that can cause it to hold water, cause poor drainage, and get everything dusty. It is most suitable for landscape and home areas where a clean, polished look with functionality is needed.

Unwashed gravel, while cheaper, is typically used as a foundation for driveways and road foundations because it can pack together better, although there will still be some inevitable shifting!

The sage green planters match the beautiful green garden shed and home, and the garden itself is complete with irrigation and a critter-proof fence.
