Now Hiring: Part Time Operations & Executive Assistant (Brenham, TX)
We’re a family owned group of businesses in Brenham (landscaping, stone supply, event venue, real estate development) and we’re looking for a highly organized, proactive assistant to help keep everything running smoothly.
This role is a mix of operations, communication, and light creative work. It’s ideal for someone who:
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Enjoys supporting multiple projects and businesses
• Takes ownership and follows through
• Tech comfortable (Google Drive, email, Canva, social platforms, AI)
• Strong visual awareness and ability to carry a brand voice
• Trustworthy with confidential information
Details:
• 20–30 hrs/week | Hybrid (some in person required)
• Starting at $24/hour
• Flexible schedule

You’ll help with admin work, client communication, invoicing, social media, marketing, event support, and internal organization across several businesses.
