Take a look at this kitchen remodel in the Spanish Oaks area! 👀

We expanded the space by deleting the dividing cabinet wall and the small enclosed foyer. We also did away with the air return closet — which create a TON of space. No HVAC pun intended! 😂

And the details… 🤌🏼
✨ Custom butcher’s block island
✨ Appliance cabinet
✨ Hidden entrance to the garage, laundry, & pantry
✨ Pot filler for the home chef
✨ Honey Oak XL LVP flooring
✨ Brand-new trim throughout
✨ And that BACKSPLASH. 😍

The goal was to create a kitchen that could handle a big family dinner or a house full of guests without ever feeling crowded.

And honestly? We think we nailed it.

Your dream kitchen might be closer than you think. 🏡✨

From outdated to outstanding! ✨

What was once a dark, low-hanging crowded patio with aging stone has been completely transformed into a clean, modern outdoor living space! 👏

We removed the old pavers, installed sleek limestone slabs with black star gravel, built a new pergola, rejuvenated the pond with marble coping, and created a fresh, inviting walkway that completely changes the feel of this backyard. The result is a space that feels larger, brighter, and ready to enjoy for years to come.

Just wait until you see the full finished product. At MCI, we love helping homeowners reimagine their spaces—whether it’s a full remodel or an outdoor makeover like this one. No project is too big or too small!
