We also set a bar to be met by contractors to ensure that you get the best restoration or roof along with warranty for a fair price. Our process is to set the requirements to be met and provide all details to do so to contractors that have been screened by ensuring that they are BBB rated, properly licensed, insured, and certified by the manufacturer to ensure all roofs meet requirements for the best warranties available and that the contractor warranty is also backed by the manufacturer.
The Roof Agent also adds another layer of security by ensuring all warranties are registered and taking responsibility in holding accountability to the contractor or manufacturer when needed. No warranty call will go unanswered!
