Construction on Phase 2 at Horizon is officially in full swing! The next set will bringing four new buildings out of the ground, adding 41 units (20-60) to the community. With two buildings already framed and preparing for insulation, a third starting framing in two weeks, and subgrade work beginning on the final building in about three weeks, the site is buzzing with activity.
