New addition which was leaking from day one on both sides of the valley, the “fix” was a gallon of roofing tar. They forgot the ridge caps and left the pipe in the valley that was no longer in use. We replace the b vent metal pipe as well.

Rain is in the forecast and for us, it’s not worth trying to squeeze in a roof so we decided to get some fence work done...
