Coastal Architecture Design Build Coastal Design Build was founded by Jim Matarazzo Jr. after moving his business from north Jersey to be full time at the shore.

Vincent Joseph Matarazzo Jr., known to most as Jim, founded VJM Architecture in 1989 in Far Hills, NJ. He has stayed in the area since, and recently moved his office to Lamington Rd in Bedminster. During this time, he won many awards for designing homes. Once he became an accomplished architect, he moved towards another dream of his: building. He built on and off for years, continuously excited to

build it big! In 2001 he opened Far Hills Design Build and began his second dream job. Combining architectural design with construction, Jim was a successful businessman in no time. In 2008 Jim sold Far Hills DB, and opened Greenway Design Build. In 2012, he closed Greenway DB and opened up Coastal Design Build and a second VJM Architecture office in Brick, NJ, in order to begin business down the shore. Listed here are many awards he has won over the years with his different companies, and he looks forward to creating more award-worthy homes in the future! Design-build is his passion, as shown by his dedication to his work and clients over many years.
