Customer was experiencing water leaking from their shower into the ceiling below. After a thorough drain cleaning and inspection, we removed the old failing silicone and replaced it with color-matched grout silicone to ensure a proper seal.

The result? No more leaks and a happy homeowner!

Original door that was installed on house built in 2011 was pulling away from the house… no anchors were ever installed. We can fix that

Phase 1 of this basement transformation is complete 🔨

• Added new bedroom with 2 walk-in closets
• Added full bathroom
• Relocated shower drain trap in concrete for new layout
• Installed a safe room
• Installed drop ceiling throughout
• Completed all electrical work
• Added removable shelving for crawl space access

Big progress on turning this unfinished basement into a functional living space. We’ll be back soon to tackle the second half.
