Bridgefield Asphalt Plant

09/17/2026

Here at Bridgefield we load a lot of trucks. Different companies, different logos, same early start.

This week we're saying thank you to all of them — the drivers who get hot mix from our plant to job sites all over the region.

Happy National Truck Driver Appreciation Week from everyone at Bridgefield. 🛻

Our team is loading trucks before most people are up, and by the time the sun is out, that mix is already on the road somewhere.

Grateful for the team member here at the plant, and for every contractor who pulls through our scales. Happy Labor Day!

Nobody wants to burn half a morning waiting on a load. We keep the scale house moving and the mix hot so your crew can stay on the mat.

Every load that leaves Bridgefield Asphalt gets checked against spec in our on-site QC lab.

Aggregates, recycled asphalt pavement, and the finished mix are all tested daily. Dan explains why that testing never stops, even after a mix design is approved. 👉

Bridgefield Asphalt produces high quality hot mix for the St. Louis area, made and tested on site in one operation. 🏭

Over the next few months we're taking you inside the plant and the QC lab to show what goes into every ton that leaves here.

First up: the lab that checks the mix before your trucks ever get loaded.

Three different mixes going out the gate today. Going to be a good one. 💪

Need a specialized or custom hot mix? We'll work with you to deliver the right mix for the job. Call (314) 462-2117 for pricing and availability.

Freedom was never free. It was paid for by the bravest among us.

Today we stop to remember the fallen and the families who carry their loss every day. We are forever grateful. 🙏
