Lesly, Elizabeth, and Mary each play a vital role in making sure our customers receive the best experience possible from start to finish.
📞 Lesly keeps our office running smoothly by answering calls, booking appointments, coordinating leads, and registering warranties.
📋 Elizabeth works tirelessly behind the scenes handling insurance supplements, writing Xactimates, and following up to ensure every detail is accounted for.
🏠 Mary is on the front lines meeting homeowners, performing inspections, providing solutions, and helping families protect their homes.
While roofing may seem like it’s all about what’s happening on the roof, the truth is that none of it would be possible without the dedicated people working behind the scenes. Their hard work, professionalism, organization, and commitment help ensure every project runs smoothly and every customer is taken care of.
