Progress is taking shape at 295 West First Street in South Boston. Strong leadership in the field is keeping the work moving forward as drilling gets underway on this 236-unit, six-story mixed-use project being built for Jones Street Investment Partners. Our Assistant Superintendent, Mily Cachay, and Helical Foreman, Serena Tellado, are working alongside our Lead Superintendent, Wayne Wendell, to coordinate the work and keep the project moving forward. Their leadership and collaboration continue to drive progress across the site.

Prescott Post is taking shape in Portsmouth, NH!
Exciting progress continues across the site, where Callahan is building a 360-unit multifamily community for Eastern Real Estate and The Kane Company. The development will feature 16 apartment buildings, a mixed-use residential and amenity building, a parking garage, and dedicated community space.

Our Callahan team recently rolled up their sleeves for a Playspace Shines with Horizons for Homeless Children!
Team members spent the day cleaning, organizing, and refreshing a Playspace to help create a welcoming environment where children experiencing homelessness can learn, play, and simply be kids.
We love being able to partner with organizations doing great things in our community!
