Callahan Construction Managers is building 125 units of affordable family housing, marking Everett’s first new affordable family rental housing project in more than 50 years. The six-story project features community amenities and 93 parking spaces, helping bring much-needed housing to the community.

A closer look at the progress taking shape at 25 Garvey Street in Everett!
Callahan Construction joined our client, The Neighborhood Developers, along with Everett Mayor Van Campen and city officials for a tour of the project, which will bring 125 affordable homes for families to Everett’s Commercial Triangle Economic Development District.
Designed with community in mind, 25 Garvey is the first new affordable housing project in Everett in 50 years and will feature five stories, a community room, and an expansive courtyard with outdoor gathering spaces and a children’s play area.
We’re proud to work alongside TND to bring this project to life and help create more affordable housing opportunities for Everett families.
