Proud to celebrate with our Trade Partners and Anthony Properties as The Spark on Cedar reaches the topping off milestone. This 4-story, 232-unit multifamily project continues to take shape, featuring wood-framed construction over slab-on-grade and a 4-story precast parking garage. Once complete, the community will include a courtyard, swimming pool, and dog park, delivering a well-rounded residential experience.

Callahan Construction is proud to partner with LeCesse Development Corporation and MICHAEL INTEGLIA & COMPANY on this exciting 297-unit, 4-story mixed-use residential community just minutes from T.F. Green International Airport.

With sitework now complete, concrete is officially being poured as construction continues to move forward on this exciting project for Cord Meyer Development. A great milestone for the team and strong momentum heading into the next phase of work.
