Born in Avellino Italy, Pascarella said he began training as a cabinetmaker when he was a young boy. He went to school to learn the trade, and worked in his father’s shop. at age 17, Pascarella said, he and his father opened a cabinet shop in Trenton. Over the years, it grew from 500 square feet to 10,000 square feet, and he learned other aspects of home remodeling as he went along.
