Meet Charly, our Operations Coordinator at D&D Homes!

Since joining the D&D Homes team in 2019, Charly has become an invaluable part of our daily operations. She wears many hats, coordinating with lenders, managing construction draws, assisting with closings, handling financial reporting and reconciliations, releasing purchase and work orders, and supporting multiple departments throughout the homebuilding process. Her attention to detail and dedication help keep projects organized, efficient, and moving forward smoothly.

Known for her adaptability, positive attitude, and willingness to jump in wherever needed, Charly plays a vital behind-the-scenes role in supporting both our team and clients every step of the way.

Outside of work, Charly enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys, working in her flower beds, and making the most of family time at home. She especially enjoys watching her boys learn new things and play outside. 💙

Meet Will, our Purchasing Manager at D&D Homes!

With 18 years of experience in the construction industry, Will plays a key role in ensuring every D&D Home is built on time and within budget. He is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the procurement of materials and labor, while also overseeing vendor coordination and material tracking throughout the building process. His hands-on industry knowledge, combined with experience in sales and back-office operations, helps keep projects moving efficiently from start to finish.

A graduate of Christian Brothers University with a B.S. in Business Administration, Will is passionate about creating quality homes and believes everyone who intends to invest in homeownership should be provided with the best possible value for their specific budget. He takes pride in seeing the homes he helps bring to life take shape in the field and become places where families can create lasting memories.

Born and raised in Tipton County, Will currently lives in his second consecutive D&D Home with his wife, Alyssa, and their three children.

Outside of work, Will enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, and traveling.
