We are one church in seven locations seeking to be like the first church found in Acts 2|42-47 - which is what we’re named after! WHY WE’RE STUCK IN WHAT WE CHASE

We chase after things and grab hold of them. We're willing to climb into some really disgusting places to hold on to them.

But then we discover we're so deep in that we can't get ourselves out.

What you refuse to surrender is what owns you. It's what you have crowned as your lord.

If Jesus put His finger on it, what in your life would make you walk away sad?

Is it money? Prestige? Status? Is it that new car? Is it the house?

Hand it over to Him. Right now, by the power of the Holy Spirit, Jesus wants to put His finger on a spot in your life you haven't surrendered to Him.

When you do, you’ll find freedom and peace in knowing your closer to Him.

A MESSAGE FOR THE ONE WHO FEELS TOO FAR GONE FOR GOD

You've hurt people. You've done something to hurt someone, and now you feel too far gone.

It's easy to see how some people could deserve God, but you never could. Nobody understands how far you've run from Jesus.

Maybe that's why you've kept your distance from church. You think, "I'd be judged. I'd be condemned. I'm not good enough."

That's a lie from the enemy. We want to see you here.

You don't deserve God, but God said that didn't matter. He was going to do something about our sin issue.

When sin entered the world, someone had to pay. So God sent His Son, Jesus, to live a perfect and blameless life.

Every time He was tempted, Jesus chose His Father over sin. Still, the world turned its back on Him and put Him on a cross 2,000 years ago.

It was for you. His body was broken and His blood poured out for your sins and the things you've already done. You don't deserve God, and He did it for you anyway.
