📋 Junior Production Manager / Production Coordinator
Summary
The Junior Production Manager / Production Coordinator supports the Senior Production Manager by assisting with scheduling, job coordination, documentation, communication, and quality control across roofing, siding, and gutter projects.
This role is a key operational support position focused on keeping jobs organized, on track, and well-communicated — allowing the Production Manager to focus on higher-level leadership and problem solving.

Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination
• Assist with scheduling jobs and coordinating production calendars
• Assist in ordering materials and confirming deliveries
• Track job progress and update internal systems
• Assist in maintaining accurate job files (contracts, permits, photos, invoices)
Field & Crew Support
• Communicate schedules and updates to crews and subcontractors
• Conduct jobsite visits for photos, checklists, and progress updates
• Assist with punch lists and closeout items
• Report issues or delays to the Production Manager promptly
• Diagnose Repair needs.
Customer Communication
• Provide production updates to homeowners and business clients
• Schedule start dates, inspections, and walkthroughs
• Help resolve customer concerns professionally
Quality & Safety Support
• Assist with jobsite quality checks using company standards
• Ensure required documentation and checklists are completed
• Support safety compliance and reporting
Administrative & Reporting Support
• Enter production data and notes into CRM / project software
• Assist with tracking job costs, timelines, and warranties
• Prepare reports for the Senior Production Manager and ownership

Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in Construction/Roofing installation, project coordination, or operations support (preferred)
• Interest in roofing, siding, or exterior construction
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable using technology, apps, and project management tools
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license and ability to visit job sites
Applicant must be able to lift and carry up to 100lbs multiple times daily.
Applicant must not have a fear of heights and be able to climb ladders and walk on roofs comfortably.
