We are a Michigan Based construction company looking for exceptional team members.
Our company is involved in three different jobs and is looking for help from you on one of the three. We are hiring only for these jobs and cannot promise future work. However there may be future opportunities for those who work hard, show leadership capability, and the ability to work well with others.
Type of work: We are assisting in the renovation of three apartment complexes (two in Kalamazoo and one in Jackson). Details on the renovation, project dates, and specific work can be found below.
This is an opportunity to make great money in a short amount of time. Looking for people who aren't afraid to work hard, for long hours, and with a positive attitude. Candidates must be able to work quickly, and have an eye for detail. Also looking for candidates to work cleanly and respectfully as to not disrupt any tenants. General Labor starts at $18 per hour with at least 10 hours of overtime per week (overtime is time and a half). Skilled labor wages are negotiable. The rate of pay is based on your skill set, and experience, and can be determined following an interview. We work Monday-Friday. On-site at 8am, leaving at 5pm. Off-site shop work preparing for the following day after 5pm. Paid every Week, direct deposit is available.
Lodging may be provided in Kalamazoo and Jackson Monday-Friday for those who would not have an economical commute otherwise.
Site #1: Jackson, MI.
Starting Date: April 1st
This job consists of the installation of doors, as well as shelving. We are replacing only the doors themselves and not the frames on hinged doors. Also replacing bypass closet doors and bifolds. The complex is a mix of town homes and a mid-rise building.
Site #2: Kalamazoo, MI. (South)
Starting Date: May 6th
This job consists of the installation of doors, as well as shelving. The doors and frames on the hinged doors will be replaced. Casing installation. Also replacing bypass closet doors and bifolds. This complex consists of all town homes.
Site #3: Kalamazoo, MI. (North)
Starting Date: May 20th
This job consists of the installation of doors, as well as shelving. We are replacing only the doors themselves and not the frames on hinged doors. Also replacing bypass closet doors and bifolds. The complex is a mix of garden apartments and a mid-rise building.
