Rand Construction is proud to announce the completion of a newly constructed 21,000 SF multi-tenant building in the heart of downtown Brighton. As the largest multi-tenant Downtown development, this project represents a significant investment in the continued growth and vibrancy of the community, as well as our commitment to delivering high-quality commercial construction projects.

In addition to constructing the core and shell, our team completed full interior buildouts for multiple tenants, providing turnkey spaces tailored to each business’s unique operational and design needs. The building is now home to Kasi Restaurant, Elite Golf, Innerverse Pilates, LeClink Event Space, and Fifth Third Bank. Each space was thoughtfully executed to reflect the brand, function, and vision of its occupants while maintaining a cohesive architectural presence within the downtown landscape.
