Established construction company in Brighton, Michigan is currently looking to add several individuals to the team in 2023. Seeking candidates that are dependable and hard-working to immediately fill available full-time positions. Pay scale ranges from $ 20.00 to $ 45.00 per hour, depending on prior experience and qualifications.

Tasks performed include – operation of heavy & compact machinery, steel fabrication and welding, pile driving and earthwork.

Prior experience in construction and/or landscape work would be preferred.

CDL Class A or B is a huge plus, and would be reflected in starting wage.

We are adding to our team and looking for individuals with experience in construction, landscaping, heavy machinery, excavation equipment, skid steers, retaining walls, seawall installation or repair, engineered pilings, concrete / asphalt removal, welding, know how to operate a dump truck, have a CDL, etc.

We are actively hiring a new crew to work with us as we put the finishing touches on our 2022 season. We have BIG plans for next year and need solid, hardworking individuals that pride themselves in quality work to lead our company into 2023!

Seaside Seawalls continues to be one of the fastest growing seawall and foundation construction companies in Michigan and we are actively looking for 3-5 individuals that work smart, are not afraid to get dirty, and love to make money. We have a lot to accomplish this year so there is plenty of opportunity for extra hours if you are interested.

The flip side to hard work is hard play. Our job is FUN! We are out on the water almost every day. Monthly team building activities and even the occasional “day off with the team” have been known to occur.
While work is year round, we do accommodate our team members with the ‘option’ of "winters off" if cold isn’t your thing.

CDL Class B or A would be a HUGE plus.

Must have a High School Diploma or Equivalent.

We are a 20 year established Brighton/ Howell based construction company consistently booked out with a need for additional workers. Our wide range of services from Lg & small retaining walls/ seawalls, anything to do with lakes with our barge access, engineered piling foundations, standard excavating, to concrete/asphalt removal services- are all based around construction equipment involvement.
We offer work year-round & offer winters off. Prior experience with the operating of compact to large construction equipment will be accredited to top of list placement for interview requests from us.
