We are looking to hire full time individuals interested in learning and growing with us. Employees express how much they enjoy working outdoors.

We pay every week on Fridays. Pay is a base salary including overtime pay for all hours worked past 40 hours. A minimum of 40 hours pay is guaranteed. Healthcare compensation is included after 90 days. Pay starts at $15-$19/hr ($600-$760/wk min) depending on experience. $1/hr raise after obtaining state pesticide applicators certification. This is obtainable within a week of starting if you study. Paid holidays off upon hiring. PTO time included after 90 days.

Job description and requirements

Current 3a pesticide applicator certification is a plus but not required
Paid training if certification is needed
Valid drivers license and a clean driving record are a must
Apply fertilizer and pest control products using various types of equipment
Diagnose and solve lawn problems
Complete all required paperwork clearly and on time
Keep yourself, your company vehicle and equipment clean and presentable at all times
Be able to perform basic math problems and measurements
Communicate with customers as needed
Be able to lift 50 lbs regularly and work in a variety of weather conditions
Monday-Friday work week with Saturdays required during the spring rush. Spring rush typically runs from the first week of April and ends around Memorial Day

It's official. Effective immediately we are allowed to start providing service again.

To allow time to gather materials and properly implement safety procedures, we plan to start providing services again on Monday April 27th.

It typically takes us 4-5 weeks to get through all of our customers for one round of applications. This means some customers will get their first treatment next week and others may not get a treatment for another 4-5 weeks. We are doing our very best to get everybody serviced as quickly as possible. We appreciate your understanding.

We are experiencing extremely high call volumes. Please be patient as we do our best to answer all calls in the order they are received.

Landscapers, Lawn Care Companies Now Allowed to Operate Under Strict Social Distancing Guidelines

Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer issued a revised stay-at-home order Friday, reopening several businesses in the process.

Businesses that are now allowed to open:
Landscapers
Lawn care companies
Plant nurseries
Bike repair shops
Stores selling nonessential supplies (curbside pickup and delivery)
Garden centers and paint/flooring/carpet areas at big-box retailers

These companies are allowed to reopen as long as they follow social distancing guidelines to slow the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19), officials said.

It is vital as leaders of your business operations that you please make sure that your employees are seen following social distancing rules, wearing masks and that you are screening your team as the CDC requires upon arriving for work each day. You should also review your county Department of Health's recommendations for working safely. You must obey all parts of the Executive Order.

For businesses and operations whose in-person work is permitted undersections 10(c) through 10(e) of this order, the following additional measures must also be taken:
Barring gatherings of any size in which people cannot maintain six feet of distance from one another.
Limiting in-person interaction with clients and patrons to the maximum extent possible, and barring any such interaction in which people cannot maintain six feet of distance from one another.
Providing personal protective equipment such as gloves, goggles, face shields, and face masks as appropriate for the activity being performed.
Adopting protocols to limit the sharing of tools and equipment to the maximum extent possible and to ensure frequent and thorough cleaning of tools, equipment, and frequently touched surfaces.

The answer is... We do a lot of maintenance!

Every piece of equipment gets torn down and goes through a rigorous inspection. Any part showing signs of wear is replaced. All repairs are performed in house by our staff. This ensures all of our equipment is in tip top shape when the time comes to start spring treatments.
