As our interns Nick, Erik, and James head back to school, we’re wrapping up a summer filled with hands-on learning, new experiences, and plenty of project victories.

What a great day celebrating our Employee-Owners and their families at the 2026 BCCG Company Picnic!

This year’s theme was ESOP All-Stars, and our team showed up in style with custom BCCG baseball jerseys featuring each employee’s name on the back. From kayaking and enjoying the beautiful weather at Kensington Metropark to great food, ice cream, and plenty of friendly competition, it was a day full of memories.

Thank you to everyone who attended and to our G.O.A.T Committee for making the event such a success. Events like these are a great reminder that BCCG is more than a construction company, we’re a team of Employee-Owners who work hard together and enjoy celebrating our successes together. A special congratulations goes out to our interns for taking home the championship in the annual co****le tournament.

Thank you as well to the local Brighton community partners who helped make the day special with great catering and treats for everyone.

🚧 Project Update: Freezer/Cooler Facility | Connecticut

Progress is moving full speed ahead on our Freezer/Cooler project in Connecticut, with several key milestones coming together.

🔹 Structural steel is on track to be complete by the end of April
🔹 Crews are actively prepping for the underfloor pour, including placement of critical glycol lines
🔹 IMP panel installation is set to begin in early May

Projects like this require tight coordination and precision, especially with the specialized systems that keep these facilities performing at a high level.

Great work by the entire team as we continue pushing forward safely and efficiently.
