🚧🦺 City of Brighton 2026 TPIP Progress Update 🦺 🚧

Another year of improvements is underway with the City of Brighton, Colorado Government’s 2026 Transportation Preservation and Improvement Projects (TPIP)! KOP Management LLC is proud to continue supporting the City as their Owner’s Representative.

Recent improvements include:
☑️ New and reconstructed ADA curb ramps
☑️ Sidewalk and concrete improvements
☑️ Asphalt repairs and roadway improvements
☑️ Pavement markings and accessibility upgrades

These projects may happen one intersection, sidewalk, or roadway at a time, but together they play an important role in improving safety, accessibility, and the long-term performance of Brighton’s transportation infrastructure.

It’s great to see another year of TPIP improvements taking shape and to continue working alongside the City of Brighton, A-1 Chipseal Co. & Rocky Mountain Pavement, Asphalt Specialties Co., and Riders Construction to deliver meaningful improvements for the Brighton community.

Another successful summer project wrapping up! 🏗️

KOP Management LLC is proud to have supported 27J Schools in the successful delivery of the HVAC rooftop replacement projects at Henderson Elementary School and South Elementary School.

This design-build project included the replacement of eight aging rooftop units, six at Henderson Elementary and two at South Elementary, with a focus on improving energy efficiency, indoor comfort, and long-term system reliability.

With students now back in the classrooms, it’s great to see another summer of careful planning, coordination, and construction come together. These behind-the-scenes improvements play an important role in creating comfortable, reliable learning environments for students and staff for years to come.

A big thank you to the District, design-build team (GTC and Wold Architects and Engineers), school staff, and everyone involved in getting this work across the finish line before the start of the school year!

Wrapping Up: City of Brighton 2025 TPIP 🚧🏁

The City of Brighton’s 2025 Transportation Preservation and Improvement Projects (2025 TPIP) are officially wrapping up.

Over the course of this program, the team delivered:

✅ ADA ramp and sidewalk upgrades
✅ Asphalt and roadway repairs
✅ Concrete improvements
✅ Striping and signage enhancements

Through coordinated efforts between the City of Brighton, KOP Management LLC, Lightfield Enterprises, Inc., A-1 Chipseal Co. & Rocky Mountain Pavement, and Riders Construction, these improvements strengthen safety, accessibility, support traffic calming, and long-term roadway performance across the community.

Proud to support the City as their Owner’s Representative and to be part of a team committed to delivering for the Brighton community.

At Talon Ridge Middle School, classrooms are getting their final details dialed in and we are in the punch phase. It's always rewarding to see months (and years) of planning come together in the final stretch.
