🏆 Congratulations to Bryan Baker – 2026 Pete Crawford Safety Leader of the Year! 🏆

We are incredibly proud to announce that Merlo's very own Bryan Baker has been named the 2026 Pete Crawford Safety Leader of the Year by Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) Greater Michigan Chapter! ABC Greater Michigan Chapter

This prestigious award recognizes an outstanding leader in the construction industry who demonstrates exceptional dedication to workplace safety, employee well-being, and creating a strong culture of safety.

Bryan's hands-on construction experience, approachable leadership style, and genuine commitment to protecting our crews make him truly deserving of this recognition. 🚨 MEET OUR NEW EMPLOYEES! 🚨

Good help is hard to find these days… but apparently, one of our drivers found some! 😂🦃

He found these guys hanging out on his trailer, apparently ready to clock in and get to work. They came with their own hard hats, so we figured they were qualified! 👷‍♂️🦃

Welcome to the team, boys! We’re expecting big things from our newest crew. 😂😂

We celebrated our annual Spring Kickoff today and it was a great one!!!

We had all of our crews together at our new location, spent time going over important safety topics, and enjoyed a delicious lunch as a team.

We also had the opportunity to celebrate a couple of 5-year work anniversaries—thank you for your hard work, dedication, and commitment!

Looking forward to a safe and successful season ahead!
