To assist the Paint crew in equipment and preparations for projects.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Work with a team
Adjust priorities as needed to meet deadlines and production demands.
Maintain Shop Safety Standards
Maintain good house keeping standards in designated work area.
Equipment preparation for for industrial painting including but not limited to sanding, taping and paper masking.
Cleaning and following rules in the paint shop.
Washing Equipment
Qualifications:
Experience in construction preferred but not required.
On the job training for position.
Working Conditions:
Monday-Friday 8-10 hour shifts
Weekend Work throughout busy times
Day shift and Night Shift
Out of town work includes extra pay and per diem payments.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for 8-10 hour shifts or longer as needed for overtime projects.
Ability to routinely lift 50lbs
