*Pay: $25/hr GUARANTEED starting = $52,000/year | Up to $70,000/year – EMPLOYEE position, not contractor*

Want to build fences without the stress of running your own business? RWF Home Improvements is looking for a skilled Fence Builder who’s close to expert level and can build _any_ type of residential fence.
*What we need from you:*
- Experience building wood, vinyl, aluminum, chain link, and custom fence — start to finish
- Comfortable leading 1-2 other installers on site to keep jobs moving smoothly
- *Valid driver’s license* — required
- *Strong work ethic* and good judgment to keep projects efficient and on budget
- Ability to handle small residential jobs up to large residential projects. *We do residential only — no commercial jobs.*
- Some decking and general home improvement work pops up, but fencing is 90% of the job
- You want to be an *EMPLOYEE*, not a 1099 contractor
