Over the past weekend, we successfully transported SFM5S375 to Tennessee for its inaugural AACA judging event, where it achieved a 1st Place Jr award. The event's setting A.K. Bissell Park was a beautiful setting for its first judging event.
Oak Ridge, Tennessee, is a town with a rich and distinctive history, notably being one of the first areas taken over by the government for the Manhattan Project. We were intrigued to share our awards ceremony table with a lady who was part of a family whose 65-acre farm was requisitioned to support this project, with only two weeks' notice to vacate and dissolve their farm. Notably this town Is also home of the Moon-pies! The history of Oak Ridge is remarkable, and we enjoyed exploring the town's history and traveling through the Tennessee backroads.

 Today our 65 Shelby GT 350 took its first maiden voyage after Travis Umbarger at Holtzman Service Center did the front end alignment. He always does such a wonderful job in respecting the integrity of the restoration and is very conscientious to not scratch or scar anything. We appreciate his knowledge, skills and professionalism and take all of our Shelby Mustangs to him. Stay Tuned for videos!
