Elite Insulation & PolyPro LLC

Elite Insulation & PolyPro LLC Full service, certified, licensed, and insured insulation and concrete slab lifting contractor. It can be easily sprayed into previously unreachable spaces. Edit

Elite Insulation & PolyPro LLC and Elite Concrete Lifters are locally owned and operated family business established by Bob, Ken and Chris Wells. Being involved in the traditional fiberglass insulation for many years, we have witnessed changes in the insulation industry. Namely, the increasing cost of energy, consumer driven environmental awareness and a demand for more efficient homes. Traditiona

l insulation has its limits and in order to meet consumer needs, PolyPro set out to provide a range of insulation systems that would significantly improve the way homes and buildings are insulated. Spray Polyurethane foams and their associated hybrid methods are those systems. We are the Valley’s leading full-service spray polyurethane foam insulation company. Our many years of industry experience ensures that we provide valuable insight and offer solutions that keep projects on track and within budget. Customer satisfaction is our priority and we take pride in our commitment to quality and service. Our sales and operations staff are spray foam experts that have been properly educated in the building science concepts, with over 80 years combined industry experience. Polypro applicators are thoroughly trained professionals that specialize in installing SPF correctly and rapidly and have the benefit of using the newest and most up to date equipment. Our Green Committment

Consumers are becoming increasingly aware and concerned about their carbon footprints. The building industry is under an intense spotlight because of its considerable energy consumption and associated carbon emissions. Green products are becoming a priority and Spray Polyurethane Foam (SPF) can be used to lessen a building's ecological impact. SPF is a wall and roof insulation product, whose “green” attributes have been proven through research and usage studies. Our open Cell has an R-Value of 3.9 per inch, one of the highest in the industry, and our closed cell has an R-Value of 6.3 per inch. These values are twice what other products, blown or batted insulation provide. R-value is a measure of thermal resistance used in the building and construction industry. Under uniform conditions it is the ratio of the temperature difference across an insulator and the heat flux (heat flow per unit area, QA Graphic) through it or RT Graphic. The bigger the number, the better the building insulation's effectiveness. A well insulated building uses less energy to heat and cool, which translates to significant cost savings as well as being a great benefit for you, your family, and the environment. Take an active role in helping reduce greenhouse gases, thus slowing the effects of global warming. By properly sealing your home, you reduce the amount of oil that is needed to produce electricity and the carbon emitted into the environment.

What looks like a “small” rocking slab at a shop entrance can quickly turn into a major problem for equipment, operators, and the concrete itself.

In this project, an equipment shop bay entrance slab was moving significantly under heavy forklift traffic. To demonstrate the issue, we used a dial indicator while driving the same forklift across the slab before and after stabilization.

The difference speaks for itself.
Before: visible slab deflection and movement.
After geotechnical foam injection stabilization: no movement at all.

Polyurethane geotechnical foam injection allows us to stabilize weak soils beneath concrete with minimal disruption and fast turnaround times, often getting facilities back in service quickly.

This is more than lifting concrete. It’s restoring stability, performance, and confidence in the slab beneath heavy traffic areas.

Watch the dial indicator 👀

This equipment shop entrance slab was rocking badly every time heavy equipment crossed it. The top video shows the BEFORE. The bottom shows the AFTER following geotechnical foam injection stabilization.

Same forklift. Same slab. Completely different result.

Before ➡️ noticeable slab movement
After ➡️ stable and solid with no movement

That’s the power of properly stabilizing the soils beneath the concrete.

This one was tricky. 👀

The slab across this intersection didn’t settle evenly, which meant every section reacted differently during the lift. Jobs like this require precise pressure control and experienced operators to avoid over-correcting one area while lifting another.

Careful polyurethane injection allowed us to gradually bring the entire section back into alignment and eliminate a major trip hazard, without tearing out and replacing the concrete. 💪🏻

The timelapse + before & after at the end says it all. 🔥

Not all settled concrete drops evenly and that’s what made this intersection repair particularly challenging.

This slab had settled inconsistently across the entire section, meaning different areas required different amounts of lift and control to bring everything back into alignment smoothly. Jobs like this demand experience, patience, and precise polyurethane placement to avoid over-lifting or creating additional stress points.

The end result was a safer, smoother transition and a major improvement to the overall walking surface — all completed without the cost and disruption of replacement.

Watch the timelapse and stick around for the before & after transformation at the end. 👊🏻

Some lifts are tougher than they look. 👀

This narrow dropped sidewalk slab was a particularly tricky repair. Tight slab dimensions like this leave very little room for error, and without the right experience, achieving a clean final result can be difficult — if not impossible.

Unfortunately, someone had already tripped and gotten hurt at this spot before the repair was completed. Uneven concrete is more than cosmetic, it’s a real safety issue.

Precision lifting, controlled injection, and patience made the difference on this one. 💪🏻

Grateful for the opportunity to serve in a role that allows me to contribute to an industry I care deeply about. Real progress happens when we work together. We have a real chance to elevate standards, strengthen our voice, and shape the future of spray foam and I’m proud to be part of that effort.

Real leadership comes from the field. As President of the SPFA Board of Directors, Ken Wells brings a boots-on-the-ground perspective that is vital to our mission.

We’re proud to have his vision guiding SPFA as we advocate for a stronger, more professional SPF industry.

This sidewalk had become a serious trip hazard due to settlement—but instead of tearing it out and replacing it, we lifted and leveled it back into place.

✔️ Faster than replacement
✔️ More cost-effective
✔️ Minimal disruption

If you’ve got sinking concrete around your home, there’s a better solution.

Today is Cut Your Energy Costs Day.

Energy Star® reports that this invisible leakage accounts for up to 40% of typical heating and cooling costs. Spray Polyurethane Foam (SPF) is the game-changer because it insulates AND air seals in a single step, stopping that airflow for good.
