Client had a failed overlay that was holding water near the door. Turns out the deck wasn't concrete at all, but wood and fiberglass!

Removed overlay and rotted wood. Installed new wood and plywood to pitch water away from house. Complete fiberglass encapsulation. Urethane sealant at transition of balcony. Primer and 2 coats of coating with sand for traction!

Team did a beautiful job on this little masonry pond restoration!

Relaid cap stones with bonding agent. Ground down and re parged interior with bonding agent. Full perimeter urethane sealant under cap stones.

Client was getting water in his egress, surprise surprise 😆. Excavated, poured to actual door height, curbs above grade to prevent water coming in, and a trench drain hooked up to a dry well. Bonding agent, pins, rebar, bonding agent, custom suspended forming filled with 5,000 psi concrete edged and steel trowel finish. Also installed underground discharge for sump pump with dry wall.

Team killed another foundation repair to receive new custom bulkhead from Bulkhead Doors Inc. !

Removed old unit and failed masonry. Installed pins and rebar. Formed and poured 5,000 psi concrete. Placed old unit back on spacers and covered with a tarp to minimize water infiltration!

Another custom foundation repair ready for a custom bulkhead installation from Bulkhead Doors Inc.!

Removed old unit and loose masonry. Spot pointed existing. Formed and poured to specifications of contractor. Bonding agent, pins and rebar with 5,000 psi concrete. Edged and steel trowel finish. Installed temporary enclosure for safety and to minimize rain infiltration!
