Do you need an Accessory Dwelling Unit? I am a licensed Builder and I designed this beautiful little 400 square foot Accessory Dwelling Unit for a Potential customer in Brockton. These ADU can be no bigger than 900 SQ FT or 50% the size of the existing home, whichever is less. These people had a 800 SQ FT Ranch with a decent lot size but a tiny home so the design was restricted to 400 SQ FT. You actually don't need a lot space if it is design correctly. This was a great small retail project on West Broadway in South Boston last year. My client rented out a retail space to open a Skin Care Salon. However, the prior tenant had tried unsuccessfully to open a Nail Salon. People think they can just make renovation changes a boom, open the for business. Not even close to reality in Boston. Before you can get building Permits, you need to go through the "Change of Use Alt Long Form" application process. A serious pain in the ass but it's all about public safety and I am cool with that.

I converted a Master Bedroom Closet into a Small Master Bedroom Bathroom. My client in Medford Massachusetts had one full bathroom, two young daughters and his wife. The waiting for a shower was apparently unbearable so here it is. Not hug but NO WAITING. The Paint imperfections is actually WET PAINT from the touch up I just completed. It will dry darker and blend in perfectly.

One more deck for an ANGI customer. TimberTech Select Ashwood colored decking with Ashwood colored Fascia boards. Helical Piers, with Weedguard fabric and 4 inches of gravel. Another 5 star review and now I will be building a front Portico porch for the same client.

Project: Build or Replace a Deck or Non-Masonry Porch
Pete did a great job lining up all the various contractors we needed to replace an old uneven paver patio with a really nice deck. We are really pleased with the quality of the work, and have already asked him to replace our old concrete step at the front of the house with a portico entrance. Pete is very transparent with his pricing which is really appreciated.

This is an Insurance Repair Job. A Jumbo Pine Tree snapped in half during a wind storm. It pancake the old garage, damaged the rear deck, Siding, Roofing and when we removed the tree we found that a branch punctured the Septic Tank. Lovely.
