Hello! Durable Remodeling is looking to hire at all positions. General helper needed immediately, experience a plus but not required. Industry competitive pay, laid back work environment, easy hours. No yelling or go, go, go. Meet at my house at 6:30 wrap up at 2:30. Transportation from my house to the job provided if wanted. Paid sick and vacations, workers compensation as well as cash bonuses. Hello! Durable Remodeling is looking to hire at all positions - from a set of hands to a working foreman. Helper would preferably be someone who can cut, has some construction knowledge and conducts themselves in a professional manner, but we would consider someone with no experience. Foreman should be someone with a minimum of 10+ years experience. Must be real close to me (In Brockton) or have own transportation. We primarily build decks. Super chill work environment. Meet at my house at 6:30 am and wrap up at 2:30pm. None of the typical go go go craziness. Industry competitive pay based on experience. Two weeks sick/paid vaca and cash bonuses included. Retirement plans and healthcare negotiable.

Entryway porches are a great opportunity to add detailed character to the property. Here we replaced the existing frame and footings, installed pvc decking, pvc trim, pvc post wraps and aluminum reinforced pvc rails with decorative inlays - all with hidden fasteners!
I’m confident this porch won’t require maintenance for 50 years!

This one threw us some curves. From reframing a window to replacing 24’ of rotted sill plate and finally opening up a concrete patio to allow for proper drainage. All on top of the fact that it’s a multi-tiered, pool code compliant, 500+ square foot deck to begin with. At the end of the day I’m confident it will last for fifty years and the customers are ecstatic. And that’s all that matters. 🙂 As always Rick Janes, Ben Willette and Scott Dunham deserve all the credit for turning my drawings into reality. Great work gentlemen. 💪🤘👍

Quick Wester Red Cedar rip and replace in Newton. We used stainless steel staples to attach them and self-adhering, peel and stick, Henrey Blueskin as the underlayment. With an industry leading 15 year warranty and a perfect, water-tight, seal around every pe*******on, its well worth the additional cost of standard Tyvek. The guys put in some serious over time, during a heatwave, to get this done on schedule. I couldn’t be prouder and I’m blessed to work with these guys. Ben Willette Scott Dunham Richard Janes
