Just finished up this job in Collinsville. Concrete sidewalks, and patio extension. Nice and clean edges, and we thoroughly clean up the lawn and rake clean soil along the new concrete so the homeowner doesn’t have to do anything when we’re done.

Drainage issues? We install very efficient, proven French drains, not hand dug (unless we have too), we use a mini excavator and haul off all of the clay soil, the best way to move water is give water an easier path to take, we replace with clean very specifically chosen drain rock and good clean Sandy loam.

Quality materials, and quality excavation with the proper slope makes all the difference.
