Arbor Masters is looking for experienced CDL Equipment Operators to join our Tulsa, Oklahoma team. A valid driver’s license along with a Class A CDL or Class B CDL with Airbrake Endorsement driver’s license is required.

As an Equipment Operator you would be responsible for:

• Operating and maintaining tools and equipment including but not limited to chainsaws, claw trucks, buckets, stump grinders, whole-tree chippers, and small loaders
• Supporting crew members by controlling lowering ropes and following safety protocols
• Loading chips into truck and backfilling the stump hole
• Inspecting all equipment before leaving the shop
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment
• Completing Basic Equipment Operator Training Course
• Properly setting up work zones utilizing cones and signs
• Utilizing safety PPE Requirements:
• A team player with a positive attitude!
• Must be at least 18 years old

• Ability to provide routine maintenance on machinery and equipment
• Ability to follow directions and work independently
• Ability to complete labor-intensive outdoor work with exposure to a variety of weather conditions including wet and/or humid conditions and vibration, along with working near moving mechanical parts!
•Applicants must be be able to lift up to 50lbs.

Tulsa crews did an incredible job removing a large 26” dbh dead oak tree recently. Climber Brandon Peak set up a rigging block for a controlled removal of the tree limbs.

Once the tree canopy was removed, Brandon made snap cuts on the trunk to control the size of pieces that were lowered down to the crews below. For the final touch, using the already removed logs below, Brandon was able to fell the oak safely and precisely where he wanted it to land.



The customer’s yard was left in spectacular shape with absolutely no damage to the yard or their landscape! Now that is precision tree removal done right!
