This month we are proud to be able to show off the progress on our new office which doubles as a great display. It is a 30x40x12 with a 4/12 pitch and a 10x40 covered porch. It also has all the options, including 12 gauge frame, 26 gauge sheet, vertical siding, Mylar backed vinyl insulation with v***r barrier and a 1 foot overhang all around. We look forward to showing more as we progress but, customer buildings come first, so it may take awhile. There is a link at the bottom with a full photo shoot and details.

We are running a promotion on all steel frame buildings over $5,000.

Over $5,000 = 5% off
Over $10,000 = %10 off
Over $15,000 = %15 off
Over $20,000 = %20 off

Just like last time these sales usually last about 30 days and then end abruptly.

Also, we always get asked about repossessed cabins or tiny homes. These are always a hot commodity and do not tend to stick around. I currently have a few and I will link them here.
